I seek efficiency by my own standards

I want smart suggestions for me
I use multiple apps and features simultaneously and combine them in my own way to get things done.
I enjoy customizing the process to reflect my tastes and personality and love the results.

Gen Z is like a chameleon that changes its appearance depending on the situation, having multiple personas and using mobile for different purposes.
Switching services based on purpose
Switch accounts based on purpose
Switch home screens based on purpose
The current folder approach makes it difficult to express the identity of each persona, and a folder structure that is just a collection of apps doesn't reflect real-world tasks.
New folder structure and interactions that solve problems along the journey to persona tasks on the home screen help you express your personas and fulfill their purpose.

You can create folders with characters that reflect your persona, so you can express multiple identities at once in your home, and have fun organizing them.
We designed a new folder structure that includes all of the personas' actual tasks and allows for duplicate foldering.
Characters will speak to you and encourage you to use them to accomplish your goals.
Characters communicate with each other to help each other achieve their goals
A character with tastes I didn't even know I had suggests creating an additional persona folder.
Variable structures for interactions
Gen Z consumes content all the time, habitually, like it's in the background of their lives.
Using PIP mode
Multi-device
In every day life
When we observed content consumption through user testing, we found that people were consuming content seamlessly through quick, habitual gestures.
Constant switching and fresh stimulation
They don't stick with one service, they switch frequently and want new stimuli.
Unconscious use and
separation anxiety addiction
unconsciously consuming content and accessing services out of habit.
Fast and efficient gestures
Actively use gestures to switch services quickly and efficiently
Use multiple services
to accomplish your goals
We typically mix two or more services to efficiently accomplish our goals.
We designed the window structure to reflect service consumption patterns and gestures. Provide a flexible and continuous connection experience that goes beyond multi-window.
Keeping all of your favorite content in the subarea
Accordion UI and swipe gestures for quick transitions
Stretch and expand windows for flexible multi-experience

Gen Z isn't afraid to share their private lives; they contentify their tastes and communicate through them.

Text assets
You can write any text you want on your home screen, set it in your favorite font, and place it wherever you want. You can name the apps you've placed on your home screen, type urgent notes or motivational messages you need to see, or design it like a wallpaper.
Weather Assets
Assets that provide different styles of graphics reflecting today's weather and the information you need, such as temperature, with changing weather graphics.
Music Assets
These assets utilize music cover art to dynamically change the home screen based on the music you're listening to. We provide two variations: a gradient graphic mockup that extracts the colors from the cover art, and a mockup that uses the cover art image itself.
Sticker assets
Use your favorite sticker designs to make your home screen more aesthetically pleasing without the constraints of the grid. You can also use layout stickers to group the apps you have listed on your home screen.
Various home and lock screens
(1) Touch the assets
with each other
(2) Bumping
each other's phones
(3) Get a new asset with the two assets combined
Gen Z wants to have the perfect home screen, but they don't want to bother making changes and want "someone to do it for them.

[Aesthetic] Concept Leader
For users who want to customize their own home to their own taste and style, but find it too time-consuming and difficult to create exactly what they see in their head, we provide assets and mockups that match their concept so they can easily create a home that's just right for them.
[Aesthetics] Concept Follower
Concept followers who are unsure of their tastes, but have a desire to be trendy. We ask them indirect questions to infer their tastes so that we can learn about tastes we don't know about, and help them choose from well-crafted homes.
[Feature] Tidy Organizer
Tidy organizers are users who like to keep their home screen neat and organized. It's hard to re-folder and organize every time you get a new app, and when you try to do something you've been putting off, it's hard to interact with it one by one. For this type of person, we provide features that allow you to automatically folder and keep your home screen tidy.
[Feature] Feature Customizer
They're the type of user who wants to use a variety of optimization features, but is overwhelmed by the process of learning about and specifying them. We ask them questions to help them figure out what customizations they'd like to make, and then guide them through the process.
